1. What Stamp Kiln is
Stamp Kiln is a web app for designing email signatures and copying them into email apps such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo. Paid plans add exports, AI design tools, promotional banners and team management, as described on our pricing.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account.
- Give us accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us at support@stampkiln.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you sign up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Free lets you design and preview signatures; exporting needs a paid plan. Starter is billed yearly; Pro and Team are billed monthly.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may include tax where it applies. If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects your next renewal.
- An upgrade takes effect straight away and is charged for the rest of the current period (the amount is shown before you confirm). A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the new plan's limits. Nothing you made is deleted by a downgrade; upgrading again restores it.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. AI features
- Some plans include AI tools (for example, designing a signature from a description, converting an uploaded signature, polishing a portrait, or making a banner). Each plan has a monthly AI allowance shown on your Billing page.
- AI results can be imperfect. Check every signature and banner before you use it — names, phone numbers, links and spelling especially.
- Images and text you send to an AI tool are checked automatically for unsafe content, and a request may be refused. Content that breaks section 6 may be removed.
5. Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you put into Stamp Kiln: your details, photos, logos, banners and designs (“your content”).
- You give us permission to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run Stamp Kiln for you — for example, to show previews, run the AI tools you ask for, and host the images in your signature so the people you email can see them.
- You confirm you have the right to use your content, including other people's names, photos and details you enter (for example, team members) and any logos or trademarks.
- Signature templates, the app and its design remain ours. A paid plan lets you use the signatures you make, including the template design, in your own email for as long as you like — even after you cancel.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Stamp Kiln to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- impersonate a person or company, or make signatures for phishing, fraud or spam;
- upload sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or anything involving minors that is inappropriate;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around plan limits, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close accounts that do. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
7. Teams
On the Team plan, the account owner invites members and decides which parts of their signature they can edit. The owner is responsible for the members they invite and for the details they enter about them, and confirms those people have agreed to it. A member can ask the owner to remove them, or delete their own account at any time.
8. Cancelling and closing your account
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time on your Billing page.
- You can delete your account at any time on your Account page. Deleting it ends any subscription immediately and permanently removes your account and everything you own in it (see our Privacy Policy). Images already in emails you have sent may stop showing.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we must close by law.
9. Availability and email apps
We work to keep Stamp Kiln running and your signature images available, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Email apps decide how they display signatures and change over time, so we can't guarantee a signature will look exactly the same in every app, on every device or in dark mode.
10. Disclaimers
Stamp Kiln is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Whipsocket LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Stamp Kiln is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that is more. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email account owners or show a notice in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Stamp Kiln after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel and delete your account.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the place you live.
